Tassez bien.<br>Placez au frigo pendant la pr\u00e9paration de la garniture.<br><br><em>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre dans un bol la ricotta et le fromage frais au fouet, \u00e9lectrique si\u00a0\u00a0vous avez, pour les d\u00e9tendre, les lisser et bien les m\u00e9langer. Le m\u00e9lange doit\u00a0\u00a0\u00eatre lisse et cr\u00e9meux . Ajouter le sucre, battre g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement en soulevant la\u00a0\u00a0pr\u00e9paration.<br>Incorporez les \u0153ufs en battant entre chaque ajout.\u00a0\u00a0Votre m\u00e9lange est toujours bien lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la p\u00e2te et secouez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le moule&nbsp;&nbsp;de droite \u00e0 gauche pour lisser le dessus.<br>Faire cuire 1 bonne heure \u00e0 150\u00b0C<br><em>&nbsp;<br>Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age<\/em><br><br>Faites&nbsp;ramollir la g\u00e9latine dans l&rsquo;eau froide.&nbsp;<br>Chauffez 75 gr de coulis avec le sucre et y ajouter la g\u00e9latine ramollie.
