R\u00e9servez<br>M\u00e9langez la poudre d&rsquo;amande et la farine. Ajoutez ensuite le beurre et la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pistache. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<br>Montez les blancs en neige avec les 20g de sucre.<br>M\u00e9langez les 2 pr\u00e9parations d\u00e9licatement.<br><br><em>Pav\u00e9 au chocolat<\/em><br><br>Faites fondre le beurre&nbsp;et le&nbsp;chocolat.<br>Blanchissez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs avec le sucre glace.<br>M\u00e9langez les deux pr\u00e9parations en fouettant, puis ajoutez d\u00e9licatement la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.<br>&nbsp;<br><em>Montage<\/em><br><br>D\u00e9moulez le biscuit et d\u00e9coupez le au format de vos moules.
