Versez dans la cuve et ajoutez les \u0153ufs.<br><br>Lancez le p\u00e9trissage, lorsque la p\u00e2te est bien d\u00e9coll\u00e9e des parois, incorporez peu \u00e0 peu&nbsp;le reste du&nbsp;lait.<br>D\u00e8s que la p\u00e2te est bien homog\u00e8ne, ajoutez le beurre ramolli par petites parcelles. P\u00e9trissez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te bien souple et lisse.<br><br>Couvrez le papier alimentaire et laissez reposer 45mn.<br><br>D\u00e9collez une partie de la p\u00e2te, la soulever et la faire replier vers le dessous. Placez au frigo, couvert de papier alimentaire pendant 2 heures.<br>Sortez la p\u00e2te, placez-la sur le plan de travail.
