Prenez-les \u00e0 pleines mains et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te sableuse. \u00c9miettez-la du bout des doigts.<br>Battez 1 \u0153uf. D\u00e9posez la moiti\u00e9 dans le petit puits fait avec votre pr\u00e9paration farineuse.<br>M\u00e9langez rapidement sans trop travailler, puis lissez la p\u00e2te. Enveloppez dans du papier \u00e9tirable et mettre&nbsp;30mn au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture<\/em><br><br>Abaisser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 3 ou 4 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et en garnir votre cercle. Attention, cette p\u00e2te est tr\u00e8s fragile et se casse facilement : il faut l&rsquo;enrouler d\u00e9licatement autour de votre rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et la d\u00e9rouler doucement au-dessus du moule.<br>\u00c9plucher les pommes et les d\u00e9couper en gros morceaux de 2 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9 avant de les r\u00e9partir sur la p\u00e2te.<br>Pr\u00e9parer enfin la cr\u00e8me en m\u00e9langeant les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse, le sucre et&nbsp;le Calvados.
