Faites fondre le sucre \u00e0 sec. Lorsqu&rsquo;il atteint la couleur ambr\u00e9e, ajoutez le beurre, m\u00e9langez et versez dans votre moule.<br><br>D\u00e9coupez vos pommes pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, sans p\u00e9pins et coup\u00e9es en demi-quartier. Serrez le plus possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etalez votre p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sur une \u00e9paisseur de 2mm environ.&nbsp;<br><br>Recouvrez votre moule de la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e en faisant un petit \u00ab\u00a0trottoir\u00a0\u00bb sur les rebords et percez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te \u00e0 quelques endroit et aussi un plus gros au&nbsp;centre de la p\u00e2te pour laisser \u00e9chapper la vapeur.<br><br>Enfournez 30 mn \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laissez refroidir un petit peu avant de d\u00e9mouler (environ 10mn)&nbsp;Pas trop sinon le caramel va refroidir et la tarte sera difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si c&rsquo;est le cas, reposez 2mn sur votre plaque chauffante ou gazini\u00e8re.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients Recette pour 1 tarte de 6\/8 personnes Recette Pr\u00e9parez votre caramel.
