Prenez-les \u00e0 pleines mains et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te sableuse. \u00c9miettez-la du bout des doigts.<br>Faites un petit puits et y d\u00e9poser l&rsquo;eau et le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf. M\u00e9langez rapidement sans trop travailler, puis lissez la p\u00e2te. Enveloppez dans du papier \u00e9tirable et mettre 1h au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br>Apr\u00e8s, \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 et positionnez sur votre moule. Disposez du papier sulfuris\u00e9 et des grains de riz sur le fond de tarte pour cuire \u00e0 blanc. Enfournez environ 15 mn \u00e0 200\u00b0.<br>&nbsp;<br><em>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture<\/em><br><br>Faites fondre le chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux au bain marie. Lorsque le chocolat est bien fondu, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide.<br>M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne. Hors du feu, ajoutez les \u0153ufs et bien m\u00e9langer. Versez cet appareil sur la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e.
