Ajoutez 40 g de farine. M\u00e9langez.<br>Montez les blancs en neige bien ferme et int\u00e9grez la moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Ajoutez le reste de la farine. M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement puis ajoutez le reste des blancs.<br>Enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 15mn.<br>D\u00e8s la sortie du four, faites une empreinte r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et ovale avec le manche arrondi d&rsquo;un couvert. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 y aller franchement.<br><br><em>Pr\u00e9parez la ganache au chocolat<\/em><br>Faites fondre \u00e0 la casserole le chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux, le beurre et la cr\u00e8me. Bien m\u00e9langer et lisser.<br>\u00a0<br><em>Pr\u00e9parez la ganache au Toblerone<\/em><br>Faites fondre \u00e0 feu doux (ou au micro-onde) le Toblerone cass\u00e9 en morceaux, retirez du feu et ajoutez la cr\u00e8me.
