Quand ils sont presque fermes, ajouter le sucre en pluie. Montez ferme.<br><br>Ajouter les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs battus et continuer \u00e0 battre \u00e0 faible vitesse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne.<br><br>Incorporer d\u00e9licatement la farine tamis\u00e9e avec une spatule et dresser les biscuits \u00e0 la poche \u00e0 douille sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br><br>Saupoudrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de sucre glace et recommencer apr\u00e8s avoir attendu 2 ou 3 minutes.<br><br>Faire cuire pendant 15 minutes. Les biscuits sont pr\u00eats quand ils ont pris une jolie couleur dor\u00e9 clair.
