Puis ajoutez la farine, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et enfin les \u0153ufs entiers.<br><br>Incorporez la pr\u00e9paration aux blancs<br><br>\u00c9talez sur une plaquette tr\u00e8s finement. Parsemez d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es.<br><br>Enfournez 10mn \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br><br>A la sortie, proc\u00e9dez rapidement \u00e0 la mise en forme des tuiles. D\u00e9collez du papier sulfuris\u00e9 et d\u00e9posez les tuiles soit un moule \u00e0 tuiles (ou \u00e0 baguette) et si vous n&rsquo;avez pas cela, d\u00e9posez d\u00e9licatement la tuile sur votre rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et donnez lui sa forme.<br><br>Laissez refroidir quelques minutes.
