Ajoutez les \u0153ufs entiers. M\u00e9langez au fouet sans arr\u00eat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Hors du feu, incorporez la g\u00e9latine \u00e9goutt\u00e9e, puis le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux. M\u00e9langez et passez au chinois. Mixez le tout afin de rendre le liquide bien lisse.<br>Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans vos moules demi-sph\u00e8res pr\u00e9alablement pos\u00e9s sur une grille.<br>Mettez 1h20 au cong\u00e9lateur.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me frangipane<\/em><br>Assouplissez \u00e9nergiquement le beurre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet. Incorporez les \u0153ufs, puis le sucre tout en m\u00e9langeant. D\u00e8s que le m\u00e9lange est bien lisse, ajoutez le rhum et la poudre d&rsquo;amandes. M\u00e9langez au fouet<br>Garnissez vos fonds de tarte de cr\u00e8me\u00a0frangipane \u00e0 mi-hauteur. Placer une framboise au milieu.
